Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.
Opdenergy is currently seeking an O&M Manager to support our ongoing and future projects.
What will you help with
- Management and control of photovoltaic and wind power plants portfolios.
- Management, verification of alarms and incidents through the monitoring system.
- Generation of reports with the main KPIs of the project.
- High capacity for management and control of subcontractor activities, constant monitoring and inspections. Regular visits to plants.
- Contractual monitoring of all obligations during the exploitation phase of the projects.
- Preparation of annual operating budgets (P&L).
- Coordination with electricity companies and public authorities.
- Knowledge of the environmental and legal measures of the country.
- Knowledge of applicable technical regulations, tests, inspections, required certifications.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems for the acquisition, management and analysis of process data from technological systems (SCADA, RTU, PLC, etc.).
- Knowledge of communication systems (Satellite, FO, WiMAX, etc.).
- Experience in single axis trackers and configurations like those of our projects.
Who you are
- Engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical or similar. Valuable Master in Renewable Energy.
- Over 6 years of experience in O&M.
- Based in Madrid or Sevilla.
- Full command of English.
- Domain of the Office package, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of PVSYST, AutoCAD, SCADA.
