The company develops, builds, finances, manages, and operates high-quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2.6 GW (of which 1.3 GW are operational and more than 1.3 GW are under construction or ready to build). The total portfolio under development exceeds 18 GW.
Opdenergy is looking for a Greenfield Project Manager to join our team in France.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our development strategy in France, you will identify and secure sites and opportunities for the development of ground-mounted photovoltaic projects:

Active monitoring of development opportunities throughout the French territory

Identification and validation of areas with high development potential

Building, developing, and maintaining a network of key stakeholders (partners, local authorities, collaborators…)

Carrying out, together with technical teams, technical and regulatory feasibility studies; analysis of constraints and risks

Negotiation and signing of land lease agreements and commercial contracts

Preparing responses to calls for projects

Auditing project files in the acquisition phase

Regular and proactive reporting to management

Participation in the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes to ensure the proper development of activities in France
Requirements
F/M/X – University degree at Master’s level (business school, land planning, urban planning or rural law), with at least 3 years of experience in land acquisition in the renewable energy, environmental or quarry sectors.
